    Working with Hadassah and Katrina at Luxe Operandi has been nothing short of magical. I have been working on my start up for about four years and decided to trust them with my dream.

    One of the most ingenious details that Luxe Operandi designed for my jewelry brand was the homepage of my website. Knowing my passion for diamonds and gemstones, Hadassah conceived the layout to mimic a brilliant-cut diamond, with symmetrical sections emanating from a dazzling focal centerpiece.

    The craftsmanship involved in hand-cutting a diamond is an important part of my jewelry creation process. Hadassah managed to infuse this tradition into a modern digital experience through her design choices. As my products rotate through the focal image, it truly feels like peering into the heart of a diamond.

    Hadassah also videoed my process of melting down recycled gold metals, thinking that my customers would like to see this process to feel more connected to my brand’s mission.

    Beyond the website design, Luxe Operandi also carefully crafted an elevated client experience that pays homage to the tradition of French jewelry customization. During our consultations, Hadassah insisted on learning about my personal inspirations, preferred gemstones, aesthetics and more.

    Knowing my devotion to craftsmanship, Hadassah sought to replicate that in the digital client experience for my customers. Browsing my website is like wandering into a tucked-away Parisian jewelry boutique, with product pages styled after antique display cases with Chinese motif wallpaper as a nod to my heritage.

    Customers can preview pieces from every angle, admiring the gemstones and delicate metalwork. My designs tell a story, so each piece is accompanied by a textual glimpse into its origins and unique details.

    Those seeking a custom creation can book a virtual consultation with me via the site. I will guide them through selecting stones and metals, asking questions to understand their personal aesthetics and values. Customers receive access to an online gallery displaying their piece as it progresses.

    Luxe Operandi’s tailored process enabled Hadassah to incorporate cherished details into the final results. The personalized care and creative passion was apparent in each deliverable.   • The Fashion Brand

    I know Hadassah from her days on Youtube. I was a fan of hers for many years and I follow her on Instagram, so when she announced her company around the same time I was starting mine, it felt like it was meant to be.

    I worked at Vivienne Westwood for a few years before saving up enough to start my own fashion label. I purchase clothes, fabric and accessories from vintage shops, consignment shops, etc. then upcycle and turn each one into a unique creation. I was at a loss when it came to figuring out how to translate fashion, a largely physical realm into a digital one. this is where Luxe Operandi’s innovative ideas completely took my business to a whole new level I didn’t even expect.

    Luxe Operandi designed our website with a background that mimics the textures of the fabrics I use. You can virtually feel the fabric by moving your cursor over the screen, which changes the texture to resemble linen, silk, denim, etc.

    They also created AR QR codes for us where the customer can scan the code and be presented with the design, the history and the creative process of the piece.

    We are currently working on Behind-the-Scenes Mini-Documentaries showing the journey of a garment from the vintage shop to the finished product, highlighting my creative process. We are also currently making virtual upcycling workshops to teach followers how to give new life to their old clothes, which reinforces my brand ethos.

    Luxe Operandi is really more of a partner because the journey my business is on would not be possible without them. I am so happy to continue working with Hadassah through the growth of my vision.

    I first came across Luxe Operandi through a friend in New York who knows Hadassah personally and after seeing her mission, I decided to work with her because her company was unlike anything I had ever heard of before.
